This cookies is best known as “Russian hats”. It’s easy to prepare. This is my recipe.
- For biscuit: 6 eggs, 12 tsp flour, 8 tsp sugar, 150 ml yogurt, 50 ml oil, 1 baking powder;
- For filling: 500 ml milk, 4 tsp sugar, 2 puddings, 200 g margarine, 150 g of powdered sugar, 50 g coconut flour;
- For glaze: 100 g chocolate, 1 tsp oil, 200 g coconut flour.
Mix the egg white with 4 tsp sugar until it is tight that bowl can be turned upside down. Then mix yolks with sugar and add them to egg white and mix them together.Put all left ingredients for biscuit and mix slowly for a little bit. Divide the mixture into two parts and bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. When biscuit is chilled, make circles with mold.
Cook the pudding with milk and leave it to cool. Mixed the margarine with the sugar and then add a cooled pudding. Add some coconut flour in this composition. Connect the tree rounds with filling as in this picture. Put the filling around the biscuits and roll in coconut. At the end put the chocolate on top.
