Healthier than others, green smoothies consist about 50% green raw vegetables. As a basis for this smoothie can be used spinach, kale, celery, broccoli, kiwi, avocado… For this one i made from spinach. I like to add bananas in smoothies because it makes them creamier. I added one apple, yogurt, a little bit of water and half teaspoon of vanilla sugar. That is all ingredients you need for healthy breakfast.
For toppings i chose goji berries, coconut flour, banana, quinoa.
This one is darker because there is no banana in it. All rest ingredients are same.
