Chia seed pudding are incredible nourishing breakfast, it’s too easy to prepare and look fantastic with some seasonal fruit on top. It is nice to eat pudding when you do not have time for breakfast. Chia seed are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, so they can be used as a substitute the whole meal. They are the ultimate energy food.
I always soak the seed in water for 20 minutes and then i add the other ingredients like yogurt and homemade raspberry juice or i add some berry smoothie on top.
