Carrot Apple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • couple carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Toppings:

  • quinoa
  • banana
  • pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

Carrots and banana cut into small pieces and remove the skin from apples. Add coconut oil. Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth. It needs to be blended a little longer.
