Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups corn flour
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Using electric mixer, mix eggs Β 5 minutes. Add oil and yogurt and mix with tablespoon adding a rest ingredients slowly. At the end mix about 2 minutes with electric mixer and put the mixture in the mold for muffins. Put some seeds above. Bake 20 minutes at 180 degree.

Some times I add flex seeds ground flax seed,sesame and sunflower seeds in the mixture. Taste is pretty well.
