Ingredients:
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp sugar in powder
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- pig fat 2 tsp (you can add buter or margarine instead)
- 1 egg
- rose hip jam
Using a hand-held electric mixer at hied speed mixed pig fat with sugar in powder and vanilla sugar, afterwards add egg and mix for about 2 minutes. Add flour and water. Knead the dough (it should not be too much stiff) and roll out. Using cookie cuter, cut out cookies and bake them until they have golden brown color. When cookies are baked connect two cookies with rose hip jam and roll them in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
